Strategic communications and public relations leader based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
I believe successful communication begins with listening. In fact, communications strategies built upon critical listening and technical insight have served as the foundation of my practice throughout more than two decades in the media and communications industry. Only when you take the time to listen and truly understand someone's "why" can you deliver exceptional results and help them tell their story best.My career path began in network news with a decade in CBS Radio’s national newsroom covering breaking stories for a weekly audience of 26-million listeners. Since then, I’ve developed and executed successful communication, content and media relations strategies in the health care, higher education, international affairs, banking and retail industries among others. I currently serve as director of external relations for the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement, a non-partisan, independent health policy center.

From crisis communications and international affairs to arts organizations and educational campaigns, my in-person and online media training courses help individuals express their ideas successfully in a wide range of interview scenarios.
I have several personal projects on the horizon and will share links here once they're ready for the public.
